Shipping policy

All orders are packed within 2-3 working days of customer placing the order and shipped out after that. 

If the customer has paid for NEXT WORKING DAY SHIPPING to anywhere in the UK then it will be packed and shipped the next working day if placed after cut off.

 

Once the packages have been scanned into the couriers system we are not liable for what happens during transit. You must speak to the couriers directly if there are any delays or issues with your order after it leaves us. This can include any packages that are received opened/ripped as we fully pack and seal all packages before shipping them out. 

Weekends are not included in the amount of days it takes for you to receive a package so please be aware that the days will be counted in working days only.
